Do these really need an introduction?
Traditional vanilla, chocolate, and sometimes some yumminess with fresh raspberries or blackberries.
Tara fell in love with these French countryside pastries on her last visit. Rebecca, Kailey, and Caroline tested and nailed this favorite! Puff pastry, pastry cream layer, mini chocolate chips, and raw sugar to top it off. Sigh.
Our desserts range from the simple classic sugar cookie to a full-on decadent experience.
This classic combines layers of vanilla cake, coffee buttercream, and chocolate ganache. A perfect dinner end note!
Fluffy, light, and delicate. We hear Paris calling...
Layers of flaky pastry and creamy, perfectly sweet filling.
Love chocolate? Then DONE. A signature dessert that hits all the chocolate notes- a brownie bottom, chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache.
The queen of our dessert menu. She's as delicious as she is beautiful. A statement dessert (meaning impress your dinner guests with these). A wine-poached pear, stuffed with chocolate, enveloped in puff pastry and topped with raw sugar.
While the flavors change depending on the freshness of fruits and Chef Rebecca's inspiration, they are always a timeless and tasty dessert!
You never know what sweet surprise you will find with our "cake of the day"!
Not your average cookie! These delicate, shortbread-style sandwich cookies are lovely to look at and equally as lovely to eat.
While the frosted sugar cookie is one of your basic cookies, there's nothing basic about Chef Rebecca's finessing of the traditional recipe. Don't hate us for how good they are!
Feeling savory? Do as the French do and enjoy a cheese course as dessert or before your sweets. Although we're not from Wisconsin, we're total cheese-heads. Our cheese plates are carefully curated selections accompanied with local honey, fig jam, cured meats, and fresh baked baguette slices.
Straight out of the oven. Every day offerings below, but alway some surprises!
This traditional baguette is lightly crispy on the outside and soft on this inside. These are so easy to grab and go. Add some handmade goodness to your dinner table! We do them in white and wheat.
This dome-shaped loaf is perfect for sandwiches, panninis or just with your favorite spread. Why eat just a sandwich when you can elevate to taste the freshness!
A traditional French rich, moist loaf bread. Slightly sweet, but not sugary by any means. Awesome alone, or take your French toast next level!
Well our name does read "bakery & dessert BAR"!
From Allston Vineyards, California. Notes of Ripe black plum, black cherry, dark chocolate. Rich yet supple tannins leading to a lovely, lingering finish.
Italy. This Leda "Truffle Hunter" was named in honor of the vineyard family's beloved dog-who also served as a hunter of those elusive truffles. With bright fruit flavors, silky tannins, and hints of chocolate of spice make this a very approachable red.
Bloem Vineyards, South Afica. This Syrah is actually a blend of Syrah grapes and Mourvedre grapes giving it a smooth, dry finish. Notes of black currant and cherry fruit aromas balanced with exotic spice and earthy undertones.
Noble Hill. Each of this South African vineyard's wines carry a key on the logo; all found buried in the vineyard with each telling a story. With 100% Chardonnay grapes and aged in French oak barrels for 9 months, this wine shows fresh fruit aromas of citrus, lemon curd, and orange blossom. Perfect to pair with our curated cheese plate!
Twelfth Night, New Zealand. This one holds a special place in our hearts with two of GOM's team members having spent a fair amount of time in NZ. You'll find aromas of elder flower and passion fruit that yield to a palate of citrus, ripe tropical fruit and a dry mineral finish.
Tenuti Berni, Italy. Ove they have it, people have declared this is the best Prosecco in the land! Whether you prefer a sweeter or dry bubbly, this will suit everyone. Flavors of apple, pear, apricot, and tropical fruits balanced with subtle notes of minerality and a soft finish.
We have a thoughtfully selected portfolio of craft beers, some of the local favorites and some unique finds.
